Brady Knowlton is a Utah husband and father who fought his case and won on the biggest count. FACT: Knowlton, 40 at the time of arrest, lived near St. George, Utah, in Dammeron Valley. He worked in financing for the oil and energy industry and has been listed as an executive vice president at a financial consulting firm since 2003. Then the United States Supreme Court ruled in Fischer v. United States that the obstruction statute had been applied too broadly to January 6 defendants.
