1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, mailing address, case description, uploaded documents and any other content you submit through intake forms, tip submissions, contact forms, or service purchases.

Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and billing email.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer, and rough geographic location. Collected via standard web logs and analytics cookies.

2. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and ad measurement. You will see a consent banner on your first visit. You can decline ad and analytics cookies and still use the site.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API: we use Meta's Pixel and server-side Conversions API to measure ad performance. When you take certain actions on our site (such as viewing a page, submitting a form, or making a purchase), we may share a hashed version of your email and/or phone number, your IP address, and basic event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. so they can attribute conversions and improve ad delivery. This data is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission. You can opt out by declining cookies on the banner, or by adjusting your Meta Ad Preferences.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to your intake, tip, or contact submission.
• To deliver paid services and digital products you purchase.
• To send service-related emails (order confirmations, fulfillment, follow-up).
• To improve the site and our offers (analytics, A/B testing, conversion measurement).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors who help us operate the business, under written terms requiring them to protect it:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database and storage hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Meta Platforms — ad measurement and audience targeting (only if you accept cookies).
• Anthropic — AI-assisted document drafting (anonymized prompts where possible).
• Government authorities, courts, or counsel where legally required.

5. Confidentiality of Case Information

We treat case details and uploaded documents as confidential. We are not a law firm and submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not waive your rights or privileges by reviewing your information, but you should not send us materials you intend to remain privileged without first consulting an attorney.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under California's CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell, but we share with ad partners as described above; you may opt out via the cookie banner).
• Withdraw consent for marketing-related processing.

7. Data Retention

We keep intake and case records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for financial records). You can request earlier deletion of non-required data at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls, hashed credentials). No system is 100% secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

We operate from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
