Brandon Lee Bradshaw is a San Antonio, Texas contractor — a working man who builds things for a living (KSAT). He was in Washington on January 6, 2021, and two and a half years later the government came calling. FACT: A federal complaint was filed against Brandon Bradshaw on June 22, 2023, and he was arrested June 27, 2023, facing four charges connected to that day (KSAT, DOJ). Charges are charges — allegations, not a life story. FACT: Court photos described him on the west side of the Capitol with a red bullhorn, wearing a shirt that read "Patriotism Is Not A Crime" (KSAT). His case was still working through the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia when everything changed. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump signed a clemency proclamation covering January 6 prosecutions, directing dismissal of pending cases like this one. Brandon Bradshaw went back to his work and his life in San Antonio, Texas. CASE RECORD Case: 23-mj-00140 — U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Complaint filed 6/22/23. Arrested 6/27/23.
