He and a family member were inside, took a selfie, stepped into an office off the Parliamentarian Door for about a minute, then were pushed back out with the crowd when a chemical irritant was deployed. That is the allegation, start to finish. (CBS Pittsburgh) FACT: He was charged with entering or remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, and disorderly conduct. Misdemeanors.
