Christian Alfonso is a South Jersey guy from Galloway Township, New Jersey, who followed a crowd into the Capitol on January 6, 2021 — and eventually stood up in court and admitted it. FACT: Christian Alfonso, then in his early thirties, was taken into custody in Camden, New Jersey, in February 2024, on nonviolent misdemeanor charges — entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct, and parading in a Capitol building (Press of Atlantic City). FACT: In September 2024, he pleaded guilty in federal court in Washington to disorderly and disruptive conduct and to parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building (Press of Atlantic City, News 12 New Jersey). He owned what he did — including having taken photos in the Speaker's office suite that day. No violence. No destruction charged. A man who walked in, walked out, and answered for it. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump signed a clemency proclamation covering January 6 prosecutions and convictions, closing out the federal case. Christian Alfonso is back home in Galloway, New Jersey. CASE RECORD U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Arrested 2/22/24 in Camden, NJ. Pleaded guilty September 2024 to two misdemeanor counts. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you — or your family — claiming it is free, forever.
