Dianelle Lacy came all the way from Malibu, California. She was one of the tens of thousands who traveled to Washington that day to hear the rally at the Ellipse, then walked to the Capitol. FACT: Prosecutors charged her in 2024 with four misdemeanor counts tied to January 6 — entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct, and parading. Surveillance footage shows her inside for a matter of minutes before she left in the afternoon. (WUSA9; U.S. Secret Service release) She was not arrested until July 28, 2024 — more than three years after the fact. Charges are charges, never proof. Dianelle has not been convicted of any act of violence. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump's clemency proclamation covered January 6 defendants, and the Justice Department moved to dismiss pending cases. If you know Dianelle — her work, her family, her side of the day — this page is where that belongs. Case record: charged 2024, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Four misdemeanor counts. Arrested July 28, 2024. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you — or your family — claiming it is free, forever.
