Dova Alina Winegeart is a small-business owner from Fairview, Oklahoma — a bakery owner who built something with her own two hands in small-town Oklahoma. Dova Winegeart is the kind of woman who runs a bakery in a town most people have never heard of, feeding her neighbors. That is the life she came from and the life she went home to. On January 6, 2021, Winegeart was among the crowd at the U.S. Capitol. Charges are charges: she was convicted of attempted destruction of government property and, in late 2024, sentenced to four months, a year of supervised release, and a $1,000 fine. She has never hidden her convictions or her account of that day. On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency to January 6 defendants. Dova Winegeart — one of 13 Oklahomans pardoned — had her case dismissed and returned home to Fairview. CASE RECORD: United States v.
