John George Todd III is a United States Marine. He served from 2009 to 2013 and deployed to Afghanistan. Semper Fi is not a slogan you retire from. Before January 6 he was a Marine veteran living in Missouri who later relocated to South Carolina. THE LEGAL FIGHT A criminal complaint against John George Todd III was filed May 3, 2022 and he was arrested May 10, 2022. [FACT, DOJ] He went to trial rather than plead. He was convicted of six counts, including obstruction of an official proceeding, and on May 31, 2024 he was sentenced to five years in prison.
