Thaddis Derone Johnson Jr. is a Fresno, California man whose January 6 case ended with no prison time at all - probation, home confinement, and community service given back to his own community. Thaddis Johnson Jr. was living in Fresno, in California's Central Valley, when federal agents came for him more than sixteen months after January 6, 2021. (FACT - DOJ defendant page.) A complaint was filed May 23, 2022 and Thaddis Johnson Jr. was arrested May 26, 2022. An information was filed June 28, 2022. He pleaded guilty August 10, 2022. On December 19, 2022 he was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 60 days of home confinement, 60 hours of community service, and $500 in restitution. No prison sentence.
