THE LEGAL FIGHT Troy E. Sargent was indicted March 26, 2021, with a superseding indictment filed November 10, 2021. [FACT, DOJ] On June 27, 2022 he pleaded guilty to all six counts in the superseding indictment, including a felony count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, civil disorder, and four related misdemeanors.
