What's the commitment from our side?

Payment plan?
50% at kickoff, 25% at day 30, 25% at day 60. Net-30 terms on request for established firms.
What if it doesn't work for us?
First 14 days are diagnostic. If we find the fit isn't right, we refund the full 50% deposit minus hours at a stated rate. We don't build for firms we can't deliver for.
Is there ongoing cost?
You own the infrastructure. Recurring costs are third-party software your firm pays directly (typically $200-$800/mo) — we don't mark that up. Ryan's continued retainer after the 90 days is optional at a separate rate.
